With precise placement of furniture & accessories, we can make the space it’s most appealing. Staged By L applies the details that generate the Wow factor! But don’t take out word for it. Here’s a letter from one of our satisfied clients…

Laura,
We want to thank you both for your expertise in getting our house ready for selling. After painting and depersonalizing, we thought we were done, but you provided many suggestions to help us present our home with the appeal of a model home. Your explanations of themes and color throughout and your ability to move around things we already had was invaluable. We spent a total of $20 to follow your plans for the house. The results: the house has been sold to the first couple who came to see it, very close to the asking price.
Wishing you both continued success,
Jeanne and Bill Donze.

What does Cleveland Home Staging Consist Of?

Laura will come in, assess your home and provide a comprehensive list of recommendations suited to bring out your home’s true potential and appeal to the largest number of buyers. Staged By L will then review the recommendations with you and determine what services can be provided to best prepare your house for sale.

“My realtor recommended Laura Fulton. I was anxious to get my house on the market. I chose to do the physical part of the staging based on their recommendations. Laura determined what color scheme to carry through the house based on the furnishings that I had. She went through each room and told me just what to do to make each room look it’s best. One example is a framed piece of art that resided in the living room, now was hung in the kitchen. It looked great! I would have never arranged it on my own in this manner, but it worked. We went room by room and I took all of the recommendations wrote them down and drew pictures to remember the arrangements suggested. My house sold on the first open house and I got my asking price. I believe staging was the most valuable thing I could have done to make my house attractive and ready for sale.”
